How to Return a Product:
Step 1: Create Your Return
Enter the Lorex Customer Portal or from your My Account Dashboard. Confirm Order Number and Email Address to access your order information.
Step 2: Select Item(s) to return
Select the item(s) you want to return and the Return Reason. Upload any files related to return (if required) and provide any further comments.
Step 3: Corfirm Your Order
Confirm and agree with the return policy and related terms and conditions. Click continue.
Step 4: Print Label & Ship
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) has been created. Prepare your product for shipment, print the shipping label, and return the product. Returns can be tracked by clicking the "here" link.
